Pros

Exclusive food, easy to befriend, cultural diversity, lots of online assignments

Cons

Manager, especially young ,profane and ambitious, 2 weeks of lock down in quarantine with no fresh air at all, drills, cameras in the cabin, , lockdown in the ship without any possibility of to go out off the ship while in the ports, unexpected room inspections, very inconvenient bed, noise( sirens including),no privacy, warm, not cold water only, doors that can injure you easily, internet connection is very poor, very hard to get your wages as the card does not work

Pros

They say money but it comes at many many sacrifices, adjustments , struggle & stress .

Cons

Very long working hours .. 6 am you wake up You work till 9.30 pm No respect No value A hairstylist & massage therapist who is your manager will command doctors to make money , to clean sink and floor daily, to stand at the reception desk and in front of the spa as a hotel waiter for many hours, to carry and pile up all the stocks that ship got in every port.. All in all you will forget that u are a doctor and work as a spa member doing all things as a waiter, receptionist, cleaner, porter and at last maybe a little of doctor while treating guests. Nothing matters other than sales . No one cares about your health and wellness .

Pros

Earn in usd and make friends from around the world.

Cons

They are not open about the conditions of the work. One must sell to the guests their products, if not you will not make any money. Manager can be the devil. Long hours stands and looking for your own guests like a spa in a bad part of town. They turn you into a sales person.
