Pros

As a massage therapist at Onespa World, my main responsibility was to provide clients with a relaxing and rejuvenating experience through various massage techniques. I also played a crucial role in generating revenue for the company by upselling additional services and products to clients. Through my exceptional customer service skills, I was able to build a strong client base and contribute to the overall success of Onespa World.

Cons

Also one way to increase revenue for a company is through upselling. This involves offering customers additional or upgraded products or services at the point of purchase. By effectively upselling, a company can not only increase their revenue, but also enhance the customer's experience by providing them with more valuable options.
