Pros

With all the changes that have been going on over the last year, OpenTable has done an amazing job of treating their employees fairly and with respect. I have had several managers over the course of my years at OpenTable and would work for any one of them again! The holidays and PTO offered are truly the most generous out there. Working here makes your work/life balance so easy to manage. OpenTable has an extensive training team (10+ members on the team) which is something many other companies do not!

Cons

Working remotely can be hard sometimes but OpenTable has an amazing office in south Denver- I sometimes wish more people would go in a couple times per week.
