Fun culture

Pros

Fun office environment, open floor layout so sitting with management and executives, good pay, decent benefits.

Cons

Huge knowledge and process gap between executives and management, and between management and front lines. Hire management external to company - tough transition not typically handled well. Very vanilla in Denver, ifykyk.
