Great office and work culture Supportive and caring management team Exciting new ideas and creative work environment Really fun and includes social clubs; wine club, dinner club, etc. Radical Candor Work hard, play hard environment

Cons

Some cliques had naturally formed, but still pretty inclusive nonetheless Not a very clear path for growth unless something opened up at the right time
