Worldwide connected team through communications and data tools. The transperancy that takes it with. Very serious and intense training with challenging surveys for a faster and deeper learning. The consulting and marketing idea for restaurants is impressive and goes with the future developement

missing a roadmap or guide for the rookie and peer. kind of difficult to dive in my role position while learning about the company philosophy and all the tools. patience!!

- good work life balance, generous time off - priceline discounts - booking holdings stock doing well

Cons

- bad managers are protected even though they have obvious competency issues - culture of blame and scapegoating - toxic and cliquish culture since new executives joined. Seems like everyone has been anxious about getting laid off anytime hence the blaming and scapegoating for self-preservation - honest feedback is not appreciated - expect retaliation from leadership
