      I used to think I worked for one of the most supportive and innovative companies when it came to looking after their employees, thats until I joined Opentable. From the moment I joined my on-boarding and everything from contacts to equipment was arranged. I was even set up with a buddy to help if I got stuck. I was fully enabled from the moment I joined but then the highlight is, I was given space and time to settle in with time to learn systems etc before my workload became too busy. This breathing space was great. Instead of being thrown in the deep end which is all I have ever experienced when starting new roles. Finally everyone I have been in touch with from my colleagues, managers to stakeholders has been nothing but friendly and helpful.

      Open staff culture and good parties

      Cons

      Very focused on promoting friends and not much room for growth. Rewarding personally and you can make friend here. A lot of unnecessary procedure and not putting tech first despite selling a tech product. Not a company that rewards loyalty whatsoever. A lot of focus on alcohol.
