      Nice team and the work is a lot of pressure

      Goals which are super unrealistic, 2 percent of absence .A lot of pressure and they expect you to be perfect in 3 months which is impossible.The support system is not big

      The working culture was a struggle that increased when Kayak merged with OT, long and unsociable hours with increased expectations. Little support for lower-middle management in supporting their teams, minimal training opportunities

      The people are really nice. The job expectations are very manageable. My manager is a dream to work for. I can work from anywhere
