      Pros

      Great company especially with work from Home options. Ability to grow or networked with the right people

      Cons

      Lay offs are very frequent. Managers don’t really know how to develop employees so have to work on your own development with little to no guidances. Your performance is not managed so you always think you’re doing well until you’re laid off. Executive and CEO decisions trickle down rapidly without warning.
