      Program advisors are for the most part dedicated and compassionate human beings who care about and support their staff

      Cons

      Management is a bunch of incompetent con artists, and hype men who lie to staff with a straight face. There is no honesty in their dealings with staff. Low pay. Poor benefits considering they are a subsidiary of an insurance provider
