Pros

If you work remotely, they have a high degree of trust. You don't need a camera constantly, and your activity is not constantly monitored. You just need results. Your coworkers are almost universally easy to get along with.

Cons

There is a major lack of transparency from management. They are willing to outright lie to you to keep important information away from you, including information directly related to your employment.

Pros

- Friendly work atmosphere - Extremely flexible work from home setup

Cons

- Not uncommon to be working with people from other timezones (USA, Ireland, India) - With the TDP Graduate program, some people got put into great teams, ready for a graduate. Others got stuck in teams that weren't sure how to accommodate and teach a new graduate
