      Pros

      I loved working for Optum, I was really hoping to learn and grow here. My practice leader was awesome, my coworkers incredibly smart and talented, and the work was super engaging and interesting. Excellent work/life balance, but I poured everything I had into my work.

      Cons

      Big company means that you're just a number to Corporate. Made it through a couple of RIFs, but this last one got me. I'm pretty bitter.
