Pros

Decent benefits, open to training, some people are worth keeping. Job stability for the most part. All technologies available at your disposal. If there's a tool, there's a team.

Cons

Very lacking of talent. Dinosaurs all over trying to keep the status quo until they retire. Tons of people without a clue with an opinion. Managers in love of spreadsheets. A culture driven by fear of making mistakes. Driving change is a daunting task. Streamline your technology stack.

Pros

Good place to start out as a new grad. Great people to work and learn with. Good pay.

Cons

Poor local management. Too many chiefs, not enough Indians. Too much pressure to not hospitalize patients. This job is high stress, management sets impossible goals and deadlines, sets you up for failure, and do not value their employees.
