Lots of work and access to some great technology if you are coming in with significant experience and training.

Cons

Only seem to advance if located in the same location as your manager or at one of the main technical hubs. Company is reluctant at best to pay for industry standard training - preferring to go with in house specific training that doesn't translate outside of Optum.
