      Pros

      - Work life balance is there. - You can get very good salary during interview, if you can negotiate well.

      Cons

      - In my project, i am seeing favouritism, but i feel it's everywhere. - Company prefer spending money in unnecessary things, instead of providing to employee. - 15% is variable, which they say you will get if you get a rating of 3. But actually that's not correct. It purely depends on you manager.
