OGS - They speak of parent company culture but management does not adopt or follow the culture. Management does not understand Technology but speak of technology very much perception based in recognizing the people. They create groups in the organization and try to bring their friends or people close to them in their organization. They do not understand or bother about quality. Indian Management in few LOBs is completly spoiling the culture and organization. Very high Attrition it will further increase.
