      Pros

      Optum has deep pockets. If you can perform at a high level, you will be fiscally rewarded.

      Cons

      Expect burnout. I honestly can't believe I lasted 3 years. The culture is very aggressive, and as a leader, you're expected to make Optum your #1 priority at all times.
