      Pros

      I have always had great leaders while working for this company. They truly care about their employees and are willing to help them grow their careers in any way they can.

      Cons

      The internal job posting and interview process is not the greatest. I feel that the specific requirements for certain positions make it almost impossible to cross into different business segments. Even if you have the leadership or business experience, if you have never had an opportunity to use their computer systems they will not even look at you for a position.

      Work from home is only a positive point.

      Cons

      NO PARKING No Human Resources are available at office, only available on online. you can't call HR from office number and have to pay alot from cell phone for internal number. Low Salary for the people who join as a freshers. Work life is totally disturbed. Poor Paid Food . Poor conditions of washrooms. No Perks or bonus or festival gifts or annual function
