      Cons

      Constant reshuffling; no institutional knowledge in many areas; leadership positions are consistently filled by people who have no experience in that area; loyalty and years with the company are valued more than actual performance; legal, compliance, and human capital teams are unreliable - you cannot count on them to handle issues that are raised.
