      Good company to work for, considering its size

      Pros

      Solid pay, and all the managers I've had did not expect OT unless it was necessary.

      Cons

      Constant org changes make it difficult to grow or rise in the company. Almost everyone I know has lost a manager at some point due to an org change outside of their control. Due to funding issues it's a constant rat race for middle management.

      Very minimal hikes Very non-developer friendly work environment. Very much congestion. Lots of problem in Parking

      Not easy to change projects. Lots of politics goes in the background.
