Pros

They have a training stipend of $1500 per year. They supply bagels and pasties on Fridays.

Cons

After being purchased by Optum (a subsidiary of UnitedHealth) this once agile company fell apart from the top down. Optum bought the company for its existing foothold in CMS to try and gain Federal HHS work. However after under performing on multiple contracts and being viewed as a potential OCI due to the relationship with Optum and UGH the company now struggles to bring in work. In 2016 they failed to give cost of living raises organization wide depsite those costs being written directly into Federal contracts. The company switched heath coverage to UnitedHealth - which was a huge let down from the CareFirst coverage that employees has enjoyed for several years. Basically, the cost went up and the level of service went WAY down.
