      I say how much I love working for QSSI because its true. Yes, the Indian population is the majority at this company but I have no problem with working with all types of nationalities. As far as the reviews regarding nepotism, just because one nationality is a majority, doesn't mean everyone is related/connected. Most people seem very hard working at this company and though many other reviewers seem to use that as a con because they then must live to those standards as well, it just means that the company is doing something right to be expanding the way it is. We continue to gain business and grow rapidly and could not be doing that, if we were not doing a good job at it. I have a wonderful manager who continuously acknowledges my hardwork and often provides praise and gratitude for a job well done. Its a shame that others here have not experienced that.

      Cons

      Yes - at times employees are asked to work their standard 40 hours and then are requested to work as SMEs on other projects or proposals but that just means you are vital and should actually shine light as to you being an asset to the company. Think people should look at it that way. There are some individuals that are truly incompetent and slow and need to understand the business at hand. As a government contracting company, life moves at a fast pace and as the saying goes, "if you cant stand the heat, get out of the kitchen!" So many people just need to find a new career path.
