You get to work from home but there is too much work. If you need to take an hour off you are told a. you can take 4 hours of PTO or b. add the hour to the end of your work day. You work hours past your work day all the time, so taking an hour off you still having to use your PTO or make up for it. Training is not sufficient. If you are new you are treated like you are problem because nobody has the time to train you. They are a huge company using a tech start up company format.

It was the worst job and company I have ever worked for, The manager and environment were toxic. People were either going out on stress leave or quitting, hence the large turnover. The manager forced our department to come in the office when California had strict stay-at-home orders during the pandemic. The manager was an intense micromanager to the point where you could not even think on your own without her breathing down your neck. Everything was a manual process and no efficiencies. The benefits were expensive and horrible! Stay away from Optum!
