Pros

Great PTO, Work remote, Flexible hours

Cons

Upward mobility doesn’t necessarily translate to significant pay increase Traction for innovative ideas of any kind can be very hard to come by in such a large corporation

Pros

PTO is decent and accrued biweekly. Team environment driven and 100% remote.

Cons

The FWAE Commercial department has a very high turnover rate for management and employees. The training is the worst I’ve ever encountered in years which I believe is why the turnover rate is extremely high for both management and regular employees. This department has leaders in charge who are not qualified for these positions resulting in frustration among many of the team. Productivity outweighs quality in this department as well as actual skill needed to do the job. The level of micromanaging is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced in my past jobs. I would not recommend this job or department to my worst enemy.

Pros

Great group of coworkers and the (almost) flexible telecommute policy. Work felt important.

Cons

Management for the COB department was VERY poor. Loved my job for the most part mainly bc of my coworkers, the hours, and bc the work felt important. HAD to leave bc of C&S managers. One manager was never there, leaving the other who didn't care to pick up everything. Lots of layoffs at the end of the last year which left the remaining employees struggling to pick up the workload. Management does not listen to employees when it comes to improvement (probably because they are never there). The addition of new systems makes the employees work harder rather than smarter. Low employee moral because of layoffs and lost bonuses. If you care about your mental health, do not apply here.
