      Full benefits from Day 1, management is willing to take time to make sure you are trained correctly.

      Cons

      "Top Tier" health insurance plans are only available in certain states, and there is "formal" training program with some jobs.. Job seeker beware. Management frequently will delegate out tasks to subordinate because they have "another meeting to go to."
