      Overworked with layoffs and difficult metrics

      Pros

      The only 2 things were Benefits and being able to work 4 days a week for 10 hours

      Cons

      overwork you, too many lay offs and they put you to do like 2 to 3 different jobs that were not hired for to help with gaps from lay offs. They make metrics way harder to make difficult to get any bonus
