Pros

1) Ample time to prepare for any government exam or higher studies. 2) Workload depends on team you land on. 3) Good organisation, if you want to spend your days until retirement 4) Flexible working hours (10 days/month) 5) Phone and broadband bills are covered

Cons

1) Payscale depends on manager and their negotiation skills with senior manager (we don't had a budget; be prepare to listen it every time). 2) New joiners will get higher salary than the experienced ones (well, that depends on the graduation college) 3) God knows, how budget comes up for a counteroffer when employee is having a offer letter or when they are going to resign
