work life balance is so good. decent growth opportunities and job stability is good. pay is decent.Excellent place to work at optum. Good work life balance. Job satisfaction. Better palce to work learn enjoy and Excel at the same time. Flexible working hours. Hybrid work culture.If he/she is a fresher then they can learn many new things and also the experience would be considered in many MNC.
Cons
compensation can more better. Benefits are bit less compared to other companies. And no proper welcome kit or Diwali gifts hopes these gifts many more enthusiastic to an employee and as fresher.
