- Low salary and policies in place to prevent you having more than 10% increase, although even if that policy was in place, you wouldn't get an increase more than inflation because management will not approve it
- the graduate manager will meet you in the first week and then not have anything to do with you for the rest of the program and the manager of your rotation will not want to have anything to do with you
- not really much opportunity for growth and learning because no one will allocate any resources to you
- the average age is over 40 so there is no real social feeling in the office
- the different lines of business are very separate from each other which makes for lack of team spirit and difficulty in internal process with working together
