      Cons

      Highly political. You have to be friends with managers/directors to grow. Ethics & compliance is a real issue among various sales representatives. Constant cases of moral harassment by management team in various areas. Many opportunities for career changes but mostly horizontal and with no raises.

      In Consulting Services, we are allways struggling against very competitive Oracle business partners as there are several of them, competing with lower rates, requiring creativity in selling services solutions

      Pros

      It's a great company and you can stay in touch with great technologies all the time, it's a place were you can get retired if you work with the right people.

      Cons

      I moved to sales area and it's terrible, bad managers which can understand anything about Oracle products (São Paulo - Brazil) they just ask for results and weekly forecasts, all they want is that you sell and bring results, pressure with a gun pointed in your head all the time.
