Pros

Lots of resources available for development, training, etc. Bright employees, and overall, management seems to 'get it' in terms of what the job actually is -- minimal 'pointy-haired bosses'.

Cons

not a lot of guidance or support - very much a 'self help company' - the resources are there, but you may not know about them, and no one will go out of their way to make sure you're getting what you need. Good place if you have a plan, but there isn't much structured guidance on what you're supposed to do

Pros

Huge company, similar to government. If you plan to not work hard, then this is the right place to do so.

Cons

Career advancement is limited. Company is very cheap.

Pros

Great atmoshpere to work in, and you are around very smart people all of the time. The management is extremely attenuated about the industry and sales in general. I have found that from the lowest person in the totem pole to the highest person in the totem pole are competent and understanding of how their role impacts sales and the company as a whole. This company if focused on their customer business problems, and are creating solutions that work.

Cons

Onboarding after being hired is a slow process, like at any large company.
