      Yearly RSU (assuming you get promoted every 4 years)

      Cons

      Very overworked. Management is very sloppy and below par to be such a mature company. This past year has opened my eyes on how bad this company is from execution down to how they treat employees. Really considering switching companies as the deficiencies of this company start to really show. Also poor benefits compared to even places like Comcast.
