Pros

Interesting work, a lot of autonomy, work from home. Plenty of opportunity to learn new technical skills and take on more responsibility.

Cons

Don't feel part of the wider organisation, haven't had a pay rise in over 3 years. It's a global organisation and I haven't even met any of my team. A lot of the technology and processes used are very behind the times.

Pros

Great work/life balance, stress-free environment, strong infrastructure and well-defined processes, flexible work schedule and location, good benefits.

Cons

Compensation was low relative to industry, multiple years with low or no salary increases, processes and policies sometimes too rigid and lengthy, benefits were good but not outstanding.
