      Pros

      This is a company where you don't need to worry about your pay roll or politics. If you sell you get your money, if not, you get out. It's way better if you work for one of the Global Units, than you get to work directly with the US or where your base are.

      Cons

      inside competition. they don't have many benefits such as stock awards and many health benefits. They also don't offer parking in the Sao Paulo office.
