      Pros

      Access to the high end cloud offerings or in other words work with the best technologies. Flexible times and you have every kind of tools you need to make a really good job, since good laptops, great haedphones to attend lots of conference calls and trainings.

      Cons

      Planning is not in the top words you see. Even you know lots of people you will never know who does what and who to contact in case of problems. Information distribution is not easy.

      Pros

      The company provides good opportunitues to grow and to move across teams. Large portfolio of offers that brings a good potential to reach customers.

      Cons

      Some managers are not capable to work with people to motivate them properly. Bad work/life balance and although you work with technology solutions, internal teams are stucked with several operational problems that mislead you from the main focus: solve customer's problems. Some good opportunities to grow and to develop people are guided trough friendship / relationship instead of performance.

      * Excellent pay & benefits (in Brazil) * Some great (not all) entries on the solutions portfolio.

      Cons

      In Brazil: * Several customers complain they are sold what they don't need or solutions that end up not fitting their needs. * Too many sales reps representing several solution pillars calling on every single account simultaneously. * Demotivating internal friction chain to process a sale (it is much harder to process a sale than conclude it with the customer!!!). * Too much internal politics, not an inch of meritocracy.
