      You find good work culture in Oracle. You can maintain very good work life balance while working in Oracle. You can expect in most of the cases cool peer and management here.

      Cons

      Oracle doesn't seems to be good in performance review system and no strict timeline for this. Gettign promotion may be huge things as it's too slow here.
