Lets be honest, it is a really horrible experience and I've only worked there for less than a week before quitting.

-Some co-worker -50% discount on meal

Cons

-Long hours without breaks (6-8 hours straight on your feet) -Management is horrible -Busboys are treated bad by everyone. -Must clean each table under a minute -Hostesses keep rushing busboys to do a table when you're busy doing another table. -Constantly carrying heavy tubs back and forth to the front and the kitchen. -Management would not listen to busboy complaints about server's not pre-busing tables, which would make it harder to clean tables under a minute. -Trash, because you have to deal with nasty and dirty garbage can and usually end up with it all over your body.

Make a lot of friends, learned a lot from previous owner/proprietor, work at night go to school during the day.

Cons

Fired without warning off the clock. Spoken to night before, thought all was okay, fired next day. No write ups

Almost no sidework...after your last table you're gone in 10-15 minutes.

Cons

Fired with no warnings or write ups. Also, the cleanliness of the employee bathrooms was an absolute disgrace, with nothing done about it after the manager was made aware.
