No Rules Just Right

Recommend
Business Outlook

Pros

Free Steak every shift is nice.

Cons

No Rules Just Right gives the customer a false sense of they can do, say or treat you or the staff however they want. Also be prepared to be on-call 24/7.

Pros

flexible hours are about it

Cons

no benefits, low pay, new management cut my hours to 1-3 shifts a week after finding out that the previous Proprietor had raised my pay to an amount that they found unacceptable. Then I was let go during Covid, promoted someone in my place and paid them half of what I was making. Bodies in the building will always be a restaurants priority.
