Managers run wild without doing their jobs they show up high or get high at work and fail to follow food safety standards and have been told to relabel food that was out of date they also fail to provide any breaks including smoke breaks and will tell you it’s you’re job to stay till your replacement shows up even if they are hours late without consequences and no employee meals are allowed even with a poster up showing what you are allowed after 8 hours of work

Pay is just so awful. You only get paid your tips, except you have to tip out so many people. I know I was an excellent server but there were plenty of nights I would leave with only $40. They need to pay their employees hourly or pay their other employees list hostess so we don’t have to tip them out. The system felt unfair.
