Pros
Pay, tips, flexible schedule, and fast pace work (if you are into that)
Cons
Management will almost never have your back, "customer is always right" mentality, customers can be a nightmare, typical restaurant sales expectations for drinks, constant corporate check ins and change ups that almost always do more harm than good. Oh and very little room for growth once you are a server or bartender. No raises.
