      Pros

      High check average = greater tips, Met some really great people through coworkers, Usually has a good sense of humour, Easy to use POSI system

      Cons

      Usual restaurant downsides - unreliable salary (tips), People expect a higher degree of service, but sometimes not willing to pay for it, Managers can be inflexible (Couple minutes late = cut schedule)

      Pros

      The fellow co workers are great! I become friends with many of them and they all took me in as apart of their family. Some of the regular customers were very nice and remembered you as well. I also liked the 50% discount on food.

      Cons

      MANAGEMENT SUCKED. My boss was horrible, she gave a fellow co worker a promotion over me, and i had been there for double the time he was, because he was, I quote, "worse at his job than me." This was the first of many reasons to me quitting. I am still owed $250 by my manager, however I know I will never receive it. She was very bad at managing her time. We had rules about no smoking breaks when my manager would take them. She also greatly picked favorites, usually the ones who were always sucking up to her.
