Pros

There were times where I made a lot of money. Most of the time it was too slow to make a living.

Cons

Very clique-y. No chance for promotion if you don't meet certain stereotypes. It makes sense given the demographic of customers, but it didn't work for me.

Pros

Great opportunity to make good tips, friendly atmosphere, and fun work environment. Coworkers and management feel like family, and we all get to know each other.

Cons

Customers complain, complain, complain. They really take advantage of the "NO RULES" slogan and make you do what they want.
