      Pros

      You make good tips most of the time. If not though, you're making 2.13/hr. They're supposed to make up the difference, but they don't.

      Cons

      It can be very stressful. The old manager was an immature jerk. Haven't had any experience with the new manager. I have heard he is 100% better than the old, though. And SMG scores have proven this as well.

      Pros

      Outback is great for working with crazy college hours. My store is very close knit, and 90% of the people get along greatly. Work input vs pay output is amazing!

      Cons

      Every night you will inevitably smell like a bloomin' onion. If you have late classes you limit your chance to work, and many times you will be at work till 10-11pm.
