Pros

great teamwork attitude, they take care of their own. good enviroment to work at, great food at reseanable prices overall not bad to work for

Cons

the time it takes to get promoted is crazy, i understand learning the concept but if you are a beast at what you do and you understand the business part they still want at least two years of hourly work and that is crazy

Pros

I have been with the company for over ten years and have been very satisfied with the company as a whole. I feel that the training is top notch, and the food is something to be proud of. The only downside is the constant changes and paperwork that must be overseen. Overall, the company is a great one to work for and I would recommend it to anyone.

Cons

The downsides are long hours, working every weekend and holiday, and the fact that you must work your way up and in many instances, your hard work is not seen or noticed by those who matter.

Pros

Outback is a laid back atmosphere where you can enjoy coming to work No previous serving experience is needed Half off all food whle employed

Cons

3% of your sales are given back to the store which can equate to a lot of money Servers pay for bartender, host, and bussers wages 2 or 3 table sections make it the smallest sections given out by any restaurant
