Pros

No pros for the job location

Cons

- never got cut when you were supposed to, even with a full staff -if you open, you’re more than likely going to stay until 2-3 hours before close -the customers are awful; tipping culture sucks - management was never on the same page. One manager was great, but the other INTERN who was acting as a manager was awful. He comp’d so many customers’ meals, which lowered their bill that they barely tipped on in the first place -customers love skipping out on checks -customers love to complain because they know their bill will get comp’d :)

Pros

I enjoyed working at Outback Steakhouse. They offered as many hours and I needed/wanted and the tips were great.

Cons

I felt pressure to come into work even when weather was very bad.
