      Pros

      Outback was a special place for a long time. Making friends and building relationships within the community. Plenty of vacation days and great insurance.

      Cons

      The biggest problem with Bloomin Brands is their lack of care. Managers work weekends, holidays, and over 55 hours a week. Yet our jobs were continually threaten because of a third party health audit called Ecosure. We could pass a health inspection with a 100%, but if we stumble even a little on this Ecosure test it meant our jobs.

      Money is good only if they don’t set you up

      Cons

      Horrible management , lack of communication, unprofessional, seems like you work at a daycare with no stability. General and kitchen managers take off during the same week leaving no product available. Don’t hold others accountable for their actions but like to pick on certain employees. Moral of the story, don’t work for th Conyers locations its a sad excuse for an establishment
