Pros

This is the worst restaurant to work for. Stay away! The salary is 80/20. No bonus , it's part of your salary. Lowest pay in the industry. Unreal hours- 12 hours minimum each shift. Zero quality of life. Promotes from within- the result is bussers and cooks are managers, GMs and even Regional Managers- hourly mentality- zero leadership. Very high management turnover.

Cons

Managers don't manage. Managers are expected to do hourly jobs and hourly employees deal with money at the end of the night. No daytime dishwasher - managers are expected to wash dishes. Very hostile environment. Starting from the top. Culture needs to change ASAP.

Pros

Safe location and great staff who try hard to work with what they’re dealt

Cons

Horrible upper management who has taken the restraint from a 10 to a 2!

Pros

Nothing at all. Terrible place.

Cons

This was the worst restaurant i have ever worked at in my life. They do not have runners at all. Or bus boys. So servers are expected to server, run food and bus tables all with a smile on their face. Management is a joke. They are rude and talk down to people. They are constantly screaming for someone to run food making it an u pleasant experience for diners. Workplace drama among staff is encouraged. The biggest problem is that the owner Heather is a weak excuse for a leader. She should be replaced asap before the restaurant goes under.
