      Pros

      On the whole, a wonderful group of people to work with Great location Opportunity to learn skills during dire times If we had stayed afloat, could've flourished with some very talented people

      Cons

      A lot of senior management seemingly doing next to nothing, leaving others to pick up the slack Company run into the ground, everyone's lost their jobs (that's kind of a massive con don't you think!) Terrible CEO who has somehow deleted previous negative glassdoor reviews; wonder how long this one will stay up!

      Pros

      Great people - there is a high "family feel" of pulling together to get things done, Visible difference - the high level of interaction between all the teams means you can see the "ripple effect" of even casual conversations and how they lead to improvement Location - Camden market, shopping, food, pubs :) Communication - Much more open communication that is the norm for other companies, no glossing over bad news, and no hesitation in allocating kudo's where due Skills are recognised and there is a lot of opportunity to do what is interesting to you individually,

      Current low staff levels (although needed) does increase pressure when deadlines loom

      Exciting but with a plan Fully Focused on the job; it really is one team with one dream Excellent Location

      Cons

      Lean staffing means no one can have a bad day without affecting others Pipeline of work seems unending at times; but downsides in this offset by successes.
