      - generally transparent about company matters - work is generally not stressful (unless you're a dev) - occasional DoorDash gift cards and snacks - personally, work is very fulfilling

      Cons

      - while everyone is currently working remotely, the company is insistent that everybody come back to the office (at least a few days per week), so no full remote option - no salary reviews - get employees' feedback to give the illusion that their opinion matters; then the CEO ignores the feedback and does as he wishes

      Thank you for your comments. It is definitely hard to establish and maintain connections with other playMAKERs while working remotely, and it has been especially difficult if you didn't have the opportunity to work alongside us before the pandemic began. We believe that personal connections matter and that we work better together. For that reason, we are monitoring the news daily and planning for a time when we can safely return to the office in a hybrid work environment.
