Pros

Not a lot really. The company does have great potential to dominate the online gambling market if managed correctly.

Cons

A lot of fake promises that never get delivered. General management and their decision-making will eventually burn this place down. The GM of the team should take liability and ownership of her mistakes. She is the one finding third-party vendors, and when things go wrong and break, she blames everyone else instead of doing her homework. The GM should also learn how to respect people’s private time—no one wants meetings at 6, 7, or 8 PM, or “favors” for quick online meetings on holidays. Finally, the focus should be on delivering a high-quality product instead of just spending money on marketing.
